Hi Bloggers, one of my daily routines is thinking about new websites that I can develop, so during one of my many brainstorming sessions. I was just doing a search with my bookmarks on firefox, and the words Bookmark this page was displayed on my browser. So I instantly thought I will create a bookmark site, and try to create a niche to just the U.K. market for the time being. So I shot over to Godaddy, and started to think of a good domain, which as we all know is very hard to do. The good one’s have all been taken. My first pick was Bookmarkthispage.co.uk I did this just to see if by a slim chance it hadn’t been registered. I was amazed to find that it was available, I had hit the jackpot with this project, I had my idea and I had the perfect domain name to go with it. A domain name that is so easy to remember and which is totally brandable to the project.
So this was one project I wasn’t going to sit on, like so many I have in the past.I quickly started to search all the top U.K. websites in every subject, and finally I have come up with this fantastic list that every person in the U.k. should have as there Number 1 Bookmark.
My next thought was that a lot of the links on the homepage were wordwide websites, sites like facebook, myspace etc etc ,so why not create a U.S page aswell which should increase my traffic even more, so expect a U.S bookmarkThisPage very soon.
I will be constantly updating and adding new features to the site, so why not Bookmark the Page, you will not regret it.
This site is far from finished and I will be adding loads of new sites on daily basis, aswell as adding categories to the site. Which will make it easier for the reader to find what there looking for.
Hopefully the site will become the web’s Number 1 Bookmark very soon.
Bye for now, I’m off to work on my next project this could be a Biggie.

Not a very original idea, this is how Yahoo! started out. But, maybe you are on with the next big thing, I’d keep developing this site, adding more and more links and keeping it well organised.
The site looks VERY cluttered, and I think by resizing the logos of the different companies so they aren’t as pixelated or misshapen would help a great deal.
I’m going to keep checking back on the site to see how it’s going, but sadly, it won’t become my browser homepage just yet.
