Burn Fat 4 Dummies Week 1 Results

Over the past 12 months I have slowly been gaining weight, and I was 20 lbs heavier than I was this time last year. So because I am a joint venture partner of Burn Fat 4 Dummies I thought I would try the program.

Last Monday I weighed myself for the very first time in months and was shocked at what was staring back at me. I weighed in at 215.6 lbs. My goal is to lose 20 lbs over the 4 week burn fat 4 dummies program.

OK, the results are in for the first week and my weight now after 1 week on the program is 207.8 lbs that’s nearly a whopping 8 lbs loss, I’ve only 12 lbs to go. Which I’m 100% sure I will lose over the next three weeks. It’s only one week into burnfat4dummies but I am feeling much better about myself already. For nearly the last 12 months I have been unable to fasten the top button on my work trousers. I refuse to get a bigger size though, because before you know it you move onto the next size then the next size.

I can now fit into them with the top button fastened I have achieved this in only 7 days. The burn fat 4 dummies program is amazing and so different and unique to all the other programs I have tried in the past. You are allowed to eat foods you just wouldn’t associate with being on a diet. I have stuck to the plan 100% all week except I have actually added food to the diet and had a night out drinking. In the past I have sacrificed so much to lose weight, in the end you just can’t keep it up.

I have vowed this time it is going to be different, my long term goal is to lose 20 lbs over the next 4 weeks. Then maintain a weight of 195 lbs and then work on getting my body fat percentage down to 9%. I know the 20 lbs is easily attainable, it’s getting down to 9% body fat that’s going to be trickier. The program is released on the 13th August and even after just one weeks use I would highly recommend it. From being on diets in the past though I know your first week is always the biggest loss, so we will just have to wait and see how I do over the next 3 weeks. I’m very confident of achieving my 20 lbs weight loss goal through burn fat 4 dummies.
